Petricore´s group of companies have been forming since 2007 to provide top of the line wellsite (mudlogging) and laboratory (core and cuttings analysis) services. Rather than simply providing a list of services the client can chose from, Petricore´s group of companies have flourished since inception by listening to their clients’ needs and tailor designing the program that meets those requirements.  Our core personnel are comprised of recognized figures in their respective fields in the regions where the company is located.  Our lead engineer, Dr. Odd Hjelmeland, was the owner and CEO of one of the most successful core analysis companies the end of last century and into the 21st century, Reservoir Laboratories. The same team that had so much success with ResLab in Mexico and Norway, now head up Petricore’s operations in that country.

From its beginnings in Mexico and Colombia, where today Petricore’s companies are leaders in their respective service areas, the company has grown organically and through new investment, mostly Norwegian, to start operations in the United States, Middle East and Nigerian markets.  With help from its manufacturing department (located in Norway) future growth in 2016 and 2017 is planned for broadening the service suite offered in Mexico, Colombia, the United States and Abu Dhabi, as well as expanding throughout South America.
